What to know about me

I have been curious about life and humanity since I was a young girl. I use to go to friends' houses and just observe the dynamics within the family.
(Like what helps children to feel safe with their mom’s and dad’s.)

I had the best caregiver while my parents worked (Mrs. Wright). Honest Her name really was Mrs.Wright. She gave me the inspiration to be a therapist. When I was nine years old, we would sit for hours on her couch and talk about life.

These were first time conversations of inquiry and curiosity. I started learning about myself in wonderful ways. She always made me seem like I was so brilliant and loving. I want to be Mrs.Wright for you!

It has been over 30 years now, that I have been a Marriage, Family Therapist.

I am still fresh and enjoying my career as a therapist and as a Professional Life Coach.

I have dedicated my skillfulness as a therapist and coach by studying and working hard to make available many different modalities for healing. We are divinely created and human imperfect and that’s the good news. We can relax, knowing we can have compassion for being part of this global tribe.
